If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2.Disclaimer

• RFinity is unable to take responsibility for services provided by third parties through us or otherwise, including the Hosting of the Client's Website.
• RFinitywill not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

3. Limitations

• In no event shall RFinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RFinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s website, even if RFinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or a RFinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 6. Registration and Hosting Fees

• The fee quoted in the contract includes the cost of domain registration and hosting.
• Future renewals will be subject to an additional admin charge payable to the provider((Domain Name registration fee is nonrefundable))

7. Maintenance Fees

• Maintenance, if included in the contract, shall be on a month to month basis with a minimum of Rs (agreed with client) payable in first week of month or shall be on a yearly basis with a minimum of Rs (agreed with client) payable in first month of year.
• If requests exceeds more than 10/month RFinityreserves the right to increase maintenance fees

8. Completion of Work

• RFinity will not charge more than the amount previously agreed unless the Client has varied the specifications of the Work since the agreement.
• RFinity will not undertake changes to the specifications of the Work which would increase the cost, without prior written authorization from the Client.

9. Rights and responsibilities

• RFinity reserves the right to refuse or break a contract without prior notice, if it is believed that the Client, their Website, or any material is illegal, immoral or otherwise unacceptable.

10. Change of Terms and Conditions

• RFinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
